Dress a hamburger up all you like; ultimately, they’re all pretty standard. The big exception is this South Minneapolis creation, where a ball of American cheese is melted between two patties, then sealed inside to create a molten explosion of cheese when you first bite in. That’s why all Minnesotans know to wait a few minutes for the Jucy to cool down, so hot cheese doesn’t scald your face. The good news is this is Minnesota, so it should cool pretty quickly.
