Idaho
Ice Cream Potato
Potatoes, unlike say, stone crab claws or peaches, aren’t necessarily better when eaten close to the source. Not that we’re saying potatoes in Idaho aren’t good, it’s just that enjoying a baked potato in Boise isn’t a whole lot different than eating one in Boston. That is, unless said baked potato is actually a scoop of vanilla ice cream rolled in dirt-colored cocoa, then topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, chopped cookies and peanuts.
