Lobster Roll

When you’ve got an entire species of lobster with your state’s name on it, choosing the must-eat food is easy. Forgo the traditional garlic-and-butter situation and opt instead for the lobster roll, a New England obsession of lobster mixed with mayo and placed on a toasted, buttered roll. And please, resist the urge to say “lob-STAH!” with a terrible fake accent when you order one.
